    <p>В данной статье изложены результаты оценки эффективности топикального ветеринарного препарата Forsecto® для лечения и профилактики инфестации кошек иксодовыми клещами, блохами, власоедами и защиты от нападения кровососущих комаров. Эффективность Forsecto® при спонтанной инфестации иксодовыми клещами составила 100 % в течение 35 дней после однократной обработки. Гибель 100 % эктопаразитов зарегистрирована через сутки после обработки. Эффективность Forsecto® при спонтанной инфестации блохами и власоедами составила 100 % в течение 49 дней после однократной обработки. Гибель 100 % блох зарегистрирована через 24 ч, власоедов через 7 суток после обработки. Forsecto® обладает выраженным нокдаун-эффектом, который наступает через 2,93…4,69 мин после контакта иксодовых клещей с шерстью обработанного препаратом животного и регистрируется в течение не менее 21 дня. Forsecto® обладает репеллентным действием в отношении кровососущих комаров Aedes spp. и Culex spp., которое сохраняется в течение не менее 10 дней. При наблюдении за клиническим состоянием животных в период применения препарата не зарегистрировано каких-либо нежелательных реакций.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>This study evaluates the efficacy of Forsecto® - the topical veterinary preparation for the treatment and prevention of infestations by ixodid ticks, fleas, and chewing lice, as well as protection against blood-feeding mosquitoes in cats. Forsecto® demonstrated 100% efficacy against spontaneous ixodid tick infestations for 35 days following a single application, with complete elimination of ticks observed within 24 hours post-treatment. Similarly, Forsecto® achieved 100% efficacy against spontaneous flea and chewing lice infestations for 49 days post-treatment, with 100% flea mortality recorded within 24 hours and chewing lice mortality within 7 days. The preparation exhibited a pronounced knockdown effect, occurring within 2.93…4.69 minutes after ixodid ticks contacted the treated animal’s coat, persisting for at least 21 days. Additionally, Forsecto® displayed repellent activity against blood-feeding mosquitoes (Aedes spp., Culex spp.), which was maintained for at least 10 days. No adverse reactions were observed in the clinical condition of treated animals during the study period.</p>
