Atopic dermatitis is a common allergic skin disease of dogs associated with a reaction to environmental allergens and having a hereditary predisposition. Signs of the disease often begin to appear at the age of six months to three years. The article discusses the principles of treatment of atopic dermatitis, including patients with concomitant diseases.
