    <p>В статье описано исследование по сравнительной эффективности и безопасности лекарственного препарата БАРС® капли инсектоакарицидные, разработанного ООО «НВЦ Агроветзащита» (Россия), который в качестве действующих веществ (ДВ) содержит фипронил, цифлутрин, пиперонилбутоксид и дифлубензурон, а также вспомогательные вещества, и лекарственного препарата Фронтлайн Спот Он (Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health France SCS, Франция), содержащего в качестве ДВ фипронил ‒ 10 %, а также вспомогательные вещества.&#13;
Цель исследования. Сравнить акарицидную эффективность препаратов БАРС® капли инсектоакарицидные и Фронтлайн Спот Он против иксодовых клещей, нападающих на собак и кошек.&#13;
Материалы и методы. Исследования проводили в параллельных группах с участием собак и кошек по 10 животных в каждой группе: 1 группа – опытная (исследуемый препарат БАРС® капли инсектоакарицидные), 2 группа контрольная – препарат сравнения (Фронтлайн Спот Он). Препараты применяли в соответствии с инструкцией: однократно путем капельного нанесения на сухую неповрежденную кожу в места, недоступные для слизывания. Затем оценивали острую и остаточную акарицидную эффективность (длительность акарицидного действия, сутки).&#13;
Результаты и выводы. Острая акарицидная эффективность препарата БАРС® капли инсектоакарицидные и препарата сравнения ‒ Фронтлайн Спот Он при спонтанном иксодидозе кошек и собак через 3 ч после обработки составила 100 %.&#13;
Препарат БАРС® капли инсектоакарицидные через 1 ч и 2 ч после обработки животных эффективнее в среднем на 8,2…8,3%, чем Фронтлайн Спот Он.&#13;
Длительность акарицидного действия была практически одинакова у изучаемых препаратов и длилась от 30 до 50 суток при применении препарата БАРС® капли инсектоакарицидные, и от 25 до 50 суток при применении препарата Фронтлайн Спот Он.&#13;
Проведенные исследования позволяют сделать вывод о высокой эффективности и безопасности препарата БАРС® капли инсектоакарицидные, разработанного ООО «НВЦ Агроветзащита». Отечественный препарат, наряду с зарубежным аналогом, в полной мере может удовлетворить потребности ветеринарных специалистов для профилактических акарицидных мероприятий у мелких домашних животных.</p>

    <p>The article describes a study on comparative efficacy and safety of BARS® insectoacaricidal drops developed by «AVZ» Ltd (Russia), which contains fipronil, cyfluthrin, piperonylbutoxide and diflubenzuron as active substances, as well as auxiliary substances and Frontline Spot On (Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health France SCS, France), the active substance of which is fipronil ‒ 10 %, as well as auxiliary substances.&#13;
&#13;
Purpose of the study. To compare acaricidal efficacy of BARS® insectoacaricidal drops and Frontline Spot On against ixodid ticks attacking dogs and cats.&#13;
&#13;
Materials and methods. The studies were conducted in parallel groups of 10 animals each: group 1 ‒ experimental group (tested preparation BARS® insectoacaricidal drops), group 2 ‒ comparison preparation (Frontline Spot On). The preparations were applied in accordance with the instructions once by drop application to dry intact skin in places inaccessible for licking. Then the acute and residual acaricidal efficacy was evaluated – (the duration of acaricidal action, day).&#13;
Results and conclusions. Acute acaricidal efficacy of BARS® insectoacaricidal drops and comparison preparation ‒ Frontline Spot On, in spontaneous ixodidosis of cats and dogs in 3 hours after treatment was 100 %.&#13;
The preparation BARS® insectocaricidal drops 1 hour and 2 hours after treatment of animals is more effective on average by 8.2…8.3 % than Frontline Spot On.&#13;
The duration of acaricidal action was almost equivalent in the studied drugs and lasted from 30 to 50 days when using the drug BARS® insecticidal drops, and from 25 to 50 days when using the drug Frontline Spot On.&#13;
The conducted studies allow us to conclude about high efficiency and safety of BARS® insectoacaricidal drops developed by «AVZ» Ltd. The domestic preparation can fully meet the needs of veterinary specialists in conducting prophylactic acaricidal measures of small domestic animals along with foreign preparation.</p>
