    <p>В настоящее исследование включены клинические данные, собранные с 2016 по 2023 год. Всего гемоплазмоз был выявлен у 102 особей (63 кошки и 39 котов) в возрасте от 5 месяцев до 8 лет. Из них было 34 пациента с тяжелой формой заболевания, и 68 – с легкой. У кошек с тяжелой формой гемоплазмоза в 45 % случаев болезнь осложнялась хронической почечной недостаточностью. Также 5 % из них были хроническими носителями токсоплазм. Большинство животных было из приютов или бездомными.&#13;
Одним из ведущих клинических признаков гемоплазмоза служит анемия, развивающаяся в результате массового гемолиза пораженных эритроцитов.&#13;
Цель настоящей работы состояла в том, чтобы устранить анемию и ускорить нормализацию кроветворения у кошек с гемоплазмозом. При лечении 45 животных (контрольная группа) использовали стандартную схему терапии, включавшую в себя антибиотики и глюкокортикоиды, тогда как в схему лечения 57 особей (опытная группа) добавляли гамавит и фоспренил. При использовании такой терапевтической схемы отмечали раннее купирование анемии, стимуляцию эритропоэза, восстановление формулы крови и нормализацию печеночной функции, а выздоровление больных животных наступало быстрее на 4…5 дней.</p>

    <p>This study includes clinical data collected from 2016 to 2023. In total, hemoplasmosis was detected in 102 cats (63 females and 39 males) aged from 5 months to 8 years. Of these, 34 cats were diagnosed with a severe form of the disease, and 68 with a mild one. In cats with severe hemoplasmosis, in 45 % of cases, the disease was complicated by chronic renal failure. Also, 5 % of them were chronic carriers of toxoplasmas. Most of the animals were taken from shelters, or were homeless.&#13;
One of the leading clinical signs of hemoplasmosis is anemia, which develops as a result of mass hemolysis of infected red blood cells.&#13;
The aim of this work was to eliminate anemia and accelerate the normalization of hematopoiesis in cats with hemoplasmosis.&#13;
For the treatment of 45 animals (control group), a standard therapy regimen was used, which included antibiotics and glucocorticoids, whereas for therapy regimen of remaining 57 cats (experimental group) Gamavit and Phosprenyl were added. Using this therapeutic scheme, early relief of anemia, stimulation of erythropoiesis, restoration of blood formula and normalization of liver function were noted as well as acceleration of clinical recovery of sick animals which occurred faster by 4…5 days.</p>
