Вместе с ростом количества домашних кошек в качестве домашних животных выросла и продолжительность их жизни. Это привело к более частому обращению пациентов с возраст-ассоциированными заболеваниями. По оценкам, 3 из 10 кошек страдают заболеванием почек; у некоторых оно начинается с потери массы тела за 3 года до клинических проявлений. К наиболее важным пунктам по предотвращению данной патологии относятся питание, оценка массы тела, состава тела и т. д. Целью данной работы является оценка реакции на диетотерапию у 10 кошек с различной степенью хронического заболевания почек.

Life expectancy has grown along with the growth of the domestic feline as a companion animal. It is also more common to see patients with age-related diseases. It is estimated that 3 out of 10 cats suffer from kidney disease, some begin with weight loss up to 3 years prior to clinical manifestation. This places nutrition, weight assessment, CC, etc. among the most important points to prevent this pathology. This work aims to evaluate the response to nutritional therapy in 10 felines with different degrees of chronic kidney disease.
