Abstract (English):
The Federal State Budgetary Scientific Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences is the oldest scientific research veterinary organization in Russia. The Institute was founded in 1898 as a Veterinary Laboratory of the Veterinary Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The main task of scientific research, which has been conducted and is being conducted at the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, is to scientifically ensure the veterinary well-being of Russian livestock, reduce losses from the most dangerous and widespread infectious diseases of animals, fish and bees.
