В статье обсуждаются данные, посвященные проблеме посттравматического стрессового расстройства (ПТСР) у подростков, которая в последние годы приобрела особую актуальность в связи с ростом распространенности симптомов, связанных с воздействием различных травмирующих ситуаций на психику личности в период адолесценции. Приводятся результаты исследований, подтверждающие увеличение распространенности обсуждаемого расстройства в последние десятилетия, обсуждаются его патогенез, факторы риска, участвующие в формировании ПТСР, типы и стадии этого расстройства на этапе адолесценции, особенности психопатологических проявлений в подростковом возрасте, терапевтические подходы к коррекции данной патологии.
